Our team in Madison currently has an opening for a Truck Driver
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Loading and/or unloading drummed, totes or bagged material
- LTL loads daily or Branch Transfers
- Follow all operating procedures, and work instructions
- Performs all duties in a safe manner and follow all rules and regulations
- Completes all training as eequired in the Regulatory/Compliance Training Program
- Properly use materials such as labels and placards
- Properly cares for and uses all equipment such as forklift, drum handling equipment, pumps, hoses, etc.
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
- Driving Hazmat, LTL in the local area
- Ability to load and unload Hazardous material
- Hazmat endorsement Required
- Current Class A CDL with Medical Card Required
- A minimum of 3 years truck driving experience (recommended)
- Comfortable with the use of a forklift, and general warehouse duties
- Knowledge of DOT load securement regulations
- Clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification from Accredited Commercial Driving Academy (not required)
