Senior Global HR Specialist (m/f/d) Reporting and Analytics

Our team in Essen currently has an opening for a Senior Global HR Specialist (m/f/d) Reporting and Analytics

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As Senior HR Reporting and Analytics Specialist you will collaborate with HR leaders and other stakeholders to identify key metrics, develop reporting frameworks, and generate actionable recommendations to enhance HR strategy and initiatives. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights and support decision-making across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regular reporting to ensure highest data quality, visualization, and interpretation
  • Presentation and communication of analysis results, so HR can take better, fact-based decisions
  • Constructive cooperation in building end-to-end data solutions for HR Analytics for Workday implementation
  • Developing, implementing and supporting reports and dashboards in modern reporting tools (e.g. Workday, PowerBI, etc.) 
  • Further development and implementation of HR Analytics standards and documentation of processes and key figures
  • Support our Global HR Center of Expertise (CoE) and the regional teams in making HR more data-driven
  • Independent execution and of Support with ad-hoc analyses of various stakeholders
  • Ensure data integrity and establish and maintain a Global HR Data Core
  • Strengthening data lineage and reliability to ensure diligent data governance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in HR analytics and reporting
  • Train and mentor HR Reporting & Analytics Specialists on data analysis techniques, reporting tools, and best practices
  • Guide our global HR reporting community

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • More than 5 years of relevant professional experience 
  • Must-have: Profound knowledge in Workday, PowerBI and Microsoft Office Suites 
  • Experience in cross-functional projects in a global environment
  • Structured and analytical working style
  • Profound communication skills and a passion for HR and people topics 
  • Very good English and German language skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
More than 5 years of relevant professional experience 
Must-have: Profound knowledge in Workday, PowerBI and Microsoft Office Suites 
Experience in cross-functional projects in a global environment
Structured and analytical working style
Profound communication skills and a passion for HR and people topics 
Very good English and German language skills
