Speciality Ingredients and Value-Added Services. We serve the market with our

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The
Business Director Homecare, I&I Europe is reponsible for driving profitable
top line growth across the region. The role requires to manage customer
relationship development and sales execution. The Business Director Homecare,
I&I Europe manages assigned Business Managers to maximize
sales/profit, monitors activities & performance, and guide on converting
new opportunities for existing customer and prospects.
Key

- Manage assigned Business Managers
- Define/ execute sales strategy
- Define/execute team targets
- Monitor and report team performance
- Review, guide and optimize pricing
- Develop and maintain business/market intelligence
- Develop business and new customers
