Our team in Essen currently has an opening for a Business Director (m/f/d) Homecare, I&I Europe (Brenntag EMEA Based)

Our Brenntag Beauty & Care EMEA division builds the link between Speciality Ingredients suppliers and producers of Cosmetics and Cleaning Products and manages the Distribution of Speciality Ingredients and Value-Added Services. We serve the market with our entrepreneurial mindset & vision at the highest quality standard. We actively listen to our partners needs and add value with our customized solutions for our customers.

This position can be filled in any EMEA Brenntag location.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Director Homecare, I&I Europe is reponsible for driving profitable top line growth across the region. The role requires to manage customer relationship development and sales execution. The Business Director Homecare, I&I Europe manages assigned Business Managers to maximize sales/profit, monitors activities & performance, and guide on converting new opportunities for existing customer and prospects.

  • Manage assigned Business Managers
  • Define/ execute sales strategy
  • Define/execute team targets
  • Monitor and report team performance
  • Review, guide and optimize pricing
  • Develop and maintain business/market intelligence
  • Develop business and new customers
