YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Your Tasks:

  • Generate timely, accurate, and insightful management reports for senior leadership
  • Preparation and coordination of company-wide budget planning
  • Monitoring financial KPIs and variances, identifying areas of concern or opportunities of improvement
  • Create and maintain financial models to support financial planning and operational business decisions, including investment analysis and profitability assessments.
  • Analysis-driven support for strategic projects in Controlling and beyond.
  • Reflecting on existing processes and drive continuous improvement measures

 

Generate timely, accurate, and insightful management reports for senior leadership
Monitor financial KPIs and variances, identifying areas of concern or opportunities for improvement
Create and maintain financial models to support financial planning and operational business decisions, including investment analysis and profitability assessments
Support quarterly closing/auditing process with special focus on business planning and impairment testing
Drive and continuously improve annual budgeting process

Cost Control and Optimization:
Monitor and control operational costs of corporate center and business service functions, recommending and implementing cost-saving initiatives
Support functional management teams in achieving their objectives and the successful implementation of key projects
Identify and assess risks related to cost control and financial operations, developing risk mitigation strategiesGenerate timely, accurate, and insightful management reports for senior leadership

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics (focus Controlling) or a similar level of education
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in global Controlling / FP&A function of a multinational company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pro-active, solution-oriented attitude
  • IT savvy with excellent skills in MS Excel/Powerpoint 
  • Preferably experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and SAP
  • Good communication and presentation skills, fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
