YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility for the development and management of projects in the field of: Personal Care application.
  • Implementing and modifying purchasing policy for supervised goods, raw materials and services.
  • Managing relations with suppliers, including active searching for new suppliers.
  • Coordinating and developing sales, including monitoring and analysing the market and shaping pricing policy.
  • Supporting the sales process with technical and product knowledge.
  • Developing strategy for launching new goods and services on the market and coordinating and monitoring its implementation.
  • Preparing training and information materials on new goods/services/technological solutions.
  • Ensuring required documentation of goods/supplies.
  • Participation in investigation of complaints, determination of causes and introduction of corrective/improving actions.
  • Assessment of credibility of potential suppliers and periodical evaluation of suppliers of supervised goods, raw materials and services.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education, preferably in chemistry, nice to have in cosmetics ingredients.
  • Several years of experience in personal care industry preferably as: Product Manager, Procurement, Technical Sales, Technical Support.
  • Knowledge of the market and technologies used in personal care industry production.
  • Independence, pro-activity and creativity in action, and the ability to think outside the box and make decisions independently.
  • Flexible and analytical thinking to provide solutions to issues.
  • Highly developed project management skills, entrepreneur approach.
  • “Yes, I can” attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and schedule work to meet business needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build good relationships across a large organization and work in a multicultural environment, team-oriented approach
  • Capability in searching and analysing the marketing data.
  • Fluent English (written and speaking) is must have.
