YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop technical security solutions, implement IIOT/OT Security directive, sustainable processes, and standards
- Cybersecurity responsible for IIoT/OT including servers, operating system builds, configuration management, asset lifecycle and security monitoring
- Drive standardization, centralization, and contribute to Site digitalization security initiatives
- Monitor and assess cyber security threats and define remediation activities in the shop floor/Sites, warehouse management, etc.
- Support the local teams in providing cyber risk assessment and controls hardware, software and automation systems
- Actively manage 3rd party vendor(s), local suppliers and providers to ensure they are meeting corporate cybersecurity requirements
- Strongly collaborate with the global IT, OT and supply chain team in enforcing security by design
- Participate in OT Cybersecurity Incident Investigations

YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree, or BSC (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or in a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in IT Security, Network incl. experience in OT systems
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks for ICS/OT environments (ISA-99/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, CIS, etc.)
- Strong understanding of OT network communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, CIP, Modbus, OPC, etc.) and industrial networking topologies
- OT/ICS cybersecurity relevant accreditations such as GISCP, Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA), ISA/IEC62443 cybersecurity certificates are preferred
- Affinity for leading edge IT security technologies in the area of Industry 4.0, OT and IT in general
- Experience in control systems design, implementation and/or maintenance of SCADA, HMI and PLC system
- A positive attitude, strong analytic skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams and world-wide peers collaboratively
- Self-motivated, driven to learn
