YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee major projects that align with Brenntag’s strategic goals, ensuring execution and reporting.
- Provide guidance and hands-on support to ensure progress.
- Ensure thorough reporting and visibility into progress and outcomes of Brenntag’s transformational steps.
- Focus on continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the Brenntag Essential Organization
- Act as strategic partner to the BES Leaders and all departments and other key stakeholders.
- Drive result-oriented strategy implementation
- Professional management of implementation projects, rollouts, and transformation projects from planning through realization to handover including stage gate processes to assess projects through their lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project progress for various committees, including management, ensuring reliable reporting to supervisors.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive reporting’s for all key projects and programs, ensuring alignment with Brenntag's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards within CAT4 to enhance visibility into project and program performance.
- Collaborate closely with departments and external service providers to optimize project management methods, standards, and processes continuously.
- Manage ad-hoc requests by leadership/top management, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Support in a talent development program for program managers and other key resources on internal PM capabilities, processes, and methodology.
- Support in establishing trainings as a career path on reporting tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Support in Evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to enhance BES efficiency and drive digitization of processes.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Program and Project Management:

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) and/or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, transformation management, or a similar role, ideally within a global or multinational organization.
- Proven experience in working on large-scale business transformation projects, from inception through to completion.
- Background in operational excellence, process optimization, and change management, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Experience with stakeholder management at all levels, including executive and senior management, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as CAT4, Asana, or similar platforms, including the development and use of interactive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Experience in evaluating, implementing, and integrating emerging technologies to enhance business efficiency and drive digitization.
- Knowledge in Chemical Distribution would be a benefit

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed analyses and support decision-making processes.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Technical Savvy: Proficient in project management software, data analysis tools, and a understanding of IT systems and their role in business transformation.
